Verizon Business Completes the Agreement to acquire BlueJeans, a video conferencing and event platform.
The telecom giant Verizon Business acquired BlueJeans Network, a reliable enterprise-grade video conferencing and event platform. The definitive acquisition agreement will expand Verizon's capabilities in an immersive, integrated communication portfolio.
